LANSING – State Representative Mark Meadows (D-East Lansing) is inviting residents to his next coffee hour at Grand River Coffee in East Lansing on Friday, Oct. 23. Meadows holds regular coffee hours in the community in order to meet with residents and discuss their thoughts, ideas and concerns.
"I've received a lot of calls and e-mails concerning the budget, health care and the economy, and these coffee hours are a great opportunity to sit down and talk about these issues and how we can build a better future for Michigan," Meadows said. "I want to hear your thoughts and ideas on the issues that matter most to you and your family. Your input will help me do the best job I can as I work to diversify our economy and bring jobs to our community."
Meadows' coffee hour will take place on Friday, Oct. 23, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Grand River Coffee, 515 Grand River Ave. in East Lansing.
